Is an intensive right for you?

A few questions to ask yourselves

If many of these resonate, an intensive may help move your relationship forward.

  • Are we stuck in negative patterns?

Do certain dynamics keep repeating, making it hard for you to move forward?

  • Can we talk openly and honestly?

Is it hard to express your feelings or needs, or to really listen to each other?

  • Do we feel distant from each other?

Have you noticed less intimacy or connection between you over time?

Your options

When you need help quickly

Many couples want extra support for their marriage but don't have the time or finances for long-term couples therapy. A marriage intensive gives the two of you focused attention in a short, concentrated time.

In a structured, safe space, we combine therapy and activities to explore the issues underneath your conflict and open up honest communication.

Couples should walk away feeling more confident in each other, and in handling their challenges as a team.

An intensive can get your relationship back on track, or keep it from falling off track.
