What happens at the first appointment?
We get to know each other to make sure this is the right fit, talk about your rights to confidentiality, and set goals for what you'd like to accomplish.

Most sessions are 50 minutes. Depending on your needs, a 70-minute session may be offered.
Do you accept insurance?
